Mentoring Moms

The Mentoring Moms Series was conceived as a way to bring young
mothers in the community together to learn from each other and from seasoned mothers. We will be organizing activities on a semi-regular basis.

Energy: the body's wondrous healing mechanism
with Kath Chambers, RN and Energy Medicine Practicioner

Thursday, February 21st
7:00 - 8:30 pm
Marilyn Dougall's home

Energy is the body's own wondrous healing mechanism.  It is available to each one of us. Energy circulates through our systems, but can get congested, run backwards, get scrambled or be depleted or excessive. Since our world is full of negative energies, it is imperative to learn how to harness our body's intelligence and energy to strengthen our immune system and learn how to stay healthy, balanced and joyful. You will learn techniques that you can take home and start using immediately. This class will be packed with information and it promises to be fun and energizing!

Due to time constraints, the event will begin promptly at 7:00 pm. Friends are invited, so pass the word along to anyone that you think might benefit. We hope that you will take the opportunity to come and join us for a really insightful evening.

If you have questions, please reply by email.

See you there!
